Does VPX Coco Fit Work?
Probably. But it depends on what you expect out of it. If you were playing basketball and sweating like a fox in a forest fire and you needed to rehydrate VPX Coco Fit would do the job. But, so would Gatorade, Powerade, Vitamin Water, even pickle juice (lots of football teams use it for cramps). If you play pick-up basketball once a week on Saturday mornings I am sure any old sports drink will do the job; you don’t need to spend the extra money on VPX Coco-Fit. But, if you’re interested in a healthier sports drink and you exercise often then you should seriously consider VPX Coco Fit.
VPX Coco Fit Ingredients:
The ingredients in VPX Coco Fit include the following: Purified Water, Proprietary Antioxidant Matrix (Coconut Juice Concentrate, Mangosteen Juice Concentrate, Ascorbic Acid), Natural Flavors, Natural Colors, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Malic Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid, Omega-3 Essential Fatty Acids, Cholecalciferol Vitamin D3, Stevia.
The big difference between your average sports drink and VPX Coco Fit is coconut juice, omega-3’s, and vitamin D3. These ingredients are good for you and provide many essential nutrients, but they don’t have a lot to do with weight loss.
VPX Coco Fit Side Effects:
There are no harsh drugs or chemicals in VPX Coco Fit. But you may experience some side effects due to the coconut water such as constipation or diarrhea. And allergic reactions, although rare, may occur resulting in: drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, rash, hives, trouble breathing, tightness in the chest, swelling of the mouth, tongue, lips, or face, irregular heartbeat, etc.
VPX Coco Fit Customer Reviews:
“So today I had the pleasure of trying out VPX Coco Fit ‘naturally naked’ flavor. The taste is incredible. I was afraid it was going to taste like my previous samples and it didn’t to my surprise. The bottle is 16.2 oz and only contains 6g of sugar. The drink also contains Vitamin-D3 as well as Omega 3 fatty acids.” – Erik
“I like that it’s not too sugary and it has some good stuff that other sports drinks lack, but it didn’t really change anything about my diet or weight loss. I was hoping I could cut calories by using it and maybe I have but I have yet to see the pounds come off.” – Anonymous
Overall Value:
A 12 pack of VPX Coco Fit costs $35.88. That’s quite a bit more than your typical 12-pack of Powerade or Gatorade. It is a little too expensive for my taste and I am not convinced that VPX Coco Fit is that much more effective than your typical sports drink.
If you exercise a lot and you want a sports drink that isn’t overloaded with sugar then VPX Coco Fit is worth trying. But, if you want to lose weight you shouldn’t expect it to do much for you. It is not a thermogenic fat burner and if that’s what you’re looking for then you should check out some of our top rated products.
