What is Thermoloss EF?
Ephedra was an extremely popular ingredient in diet pills several years ago. People were losing
the weight they wanted and they were thrilled with the results. Unfortunately, the longer it was on the market in fat burners and diet pills the more we heard about people dying because of the side effects of ephedra. In fact, one of my neighbors was one of them. She was a perfectly healthy individual who was in good health her whole life. She wanted to lose a few pounds and so she started taking the popular ephedra diet pill. She lost weight and looked amazing but one day she had a heart attack and died. It was a shock to all of us and they linked her death to this ephedra ingredient. Talk about tragic!! The FDA immediately banned all those weight loss pills containing ephedra but those who saw dramatic results from this ingredient were looking for alternatives. They knew it worked amazingly well when it came to burning fat but it just happened to kill many in the mean time! Thermoloss EF is a product that claims to have the alternative to ephedra. The EF stands for ephedra free. Thermoloss EF claims to contain Advantra-Z, a patented ingredient that is a proprietary blend of bitter orange which is called citrus aurantium. Bitter orange claims to be more effective than ephedra and claims to decrease hunger and cravings in a similar fashion as ephedra. Therefore, they say it is a safe alternative to ephedra. But is that true? Maybe not. Let’s look into this Thermoloss EF.
Thermoloss EF Ingredients
- Bitter Orange (citrus aurantium)—says alternative to ephedra
- L-Tyrosine—a natural amino acid that they say protects lean muscle mass
- Gum Guggal—may help heart health
- Caffeine—stimulant
- Cayenne—may lower cholesterol
- Ginger root extract—calms stomach upset
- Mustard powder—speeds up digestion, but does not promote weight loss
- Coleus forskohlii—increases fat metabolism
The ingredients except for bitter orange were in a proprietary blend so you don’t know what amounts are in each ingredient.
PROS
- Gives a full list of ingredients
- Price is reasonable
CONS
- Not all ingredients are effective as weight loss ingredients
- No clinical trials done to see if product is effective
Thermoloss EF Conclusion
While the ingredient bitter orange sounds impressive and an alternative to ephedra, it still can be a dangerous ingredient. There are reports of fainting, heart attacks and strokes in healthy people after taking bitter orange supplements alone or with caffeine. The other ingredients are also not impressive. Half of those are not even weight loss ingredients and the other half you do not know if it is the right amounts of the ingredients in this formula to be effective. It just does not seem worth it to take a fat burner supplement that will cause any potential harm to your body. There are too many other good fat burner pills that will get you on the right track to losing that desired weight. Look to see what is recommended.
