What is PAGG Stack Diet Supplement?
Obviously, you have heard of PAGG Stack Diets and the supplements that go along with it. I must admit I have never
heard of this concept before and it was very foreign to me. So I got on my investigator hat and started delving into this Pagg stack diet supplememt. Apparently, there is a person who wrote a book about this concept and incorporated it into a diet plan and supplement plan. It comes from the book entitled, The Four Hour Body. In this book the author reveals the results he achieved are combining 4 ingredients they say are well-known for their fat loss or cholesterol-altering effects. He says his research is based on 15 years of working with people. This fat burner suggests you read the book before you take the PAGG Stack Diet Supplement but they say they do not endorse the book.

It is similar to the South Beach Diet and it says only eat proteins, legumes and vegetables. Do NOT eat fruit, bread, nuts, oats and starches. They claim you will lose 2% body fat in 2 weeks and only need 2 hours of sleep instead of 8. If you add the PAGG Stack supplement they claim it will help sustain fat loss. PAGG Stack Diet Supplement Ingredients
The first bottle is 78 caplets of AGG:
- 150 mg of R-Alpha-lipoic acid
- 200mg of aged garlic extract
- 325mg of Green Tea Leaf Extract
- 100mcg of Biotin
You are to take one of these pills at breakfast, lunch and dinner daily but take one day off each week.
The second bottle is 26 caplets of PAG:
- 23mg of policosanol
- 150mg of R-Alpha-lipoic acid
- 200mg of aged garlic extract
- 100mcg of Biotin
You are to take this pill at bedtime but take one day off each week as the other pill.

PAGG Stack Diet Supplement Conclusion
If you are not confused by now maybe this one is for you. This PAGG Stack Diet Supplement does not have ingredients for losing weight just possibly lowering your cholesterol. So if you are looking for a cholesterol lowering supplement this is an option but as far as losing weight it is just not there! There are far superior fat burners on the market than this one. It will only leave you with a nightmare each day figuring out which one to take and which days not to take. In the meantime you will not have lost any fat.
