Do Fitness FX Videos Work?
If home-workout DVD’s get you motivated to get your lazy butt off the couch then why not try something like Fitness FX Videos? Some people just need an organized routine to get them going when nothing else does. Most people have tried some form of home workout program. Whether it was Richard Simmons, Susan Summers, Tae Bo, P90X, etc, I am sure that you have at least done one of them for an hour. Or perhaps you do at-home yoga; it doesn’t matter what the workout is, most people like and need structure and order in their life.
It would be much more difficult to decide to workout for an hour at home without that structure. So if Fitness FX Videos can provide that for you then they do indeed “work.” However, there are tons of similar workout programs available and you should make sure you are not over paying for these Fitness FX Videos.
Fitness FX Videos Customer Reviews:
“I borrowed one of the DVD’s from a friend to try it out. I enjoyed the simple workouts. I like to dance and it got my heart rate going. I did it pretty religiously for about 3 weeks and then I kinda got sick of the same routine and dance moves. My friend only had the one DVD and she loaned it to me because she had the same experience. I guess if they had more variety then it would help me stay consistent.” – Shannon
“I don’t get why these have become so popular in the UK and elsewhere. It’s the same stuff that’s been around since forever. I can just play Wii dance with my kids and get the same workout. And to be honest I have more fun doing that anyway.” – Anonymous
Fitness FX Videos Cost:
A single Fitness FX Video costs $24.28. There are tons of DVD’s though. They have different programs (Blast, Groove, Pump, Stomp, Fight, Jump) all of which have several DVD’s. So to get the complete Blast program, for example, it would cost about $175. That way at least you wouldn’t get bored of the routines because you would have plenty of them, but that’s a lot to pay.
Overall Value:
If you lack the discipline or knowledge to workout on your own then workout videos are a good option. However, you need to realize that Fitness FX Videos will not lead to weight loss or fat burning all by themselves. Exercise is a key component of weight loss, but you have to have the proper diet and often times you need a powerful supplement to boost your fat burning potential. I don’t think these Fitness FX Videos are anything special; just dudes with British accents wearing Capri pants showing you how to dance and exercise simultaneously. If they get you to exercise and nothing else will then they are worth buying, but I am sure you can find a cheaper routine to follow which will give you similar results.
