Depends on what you are hoping for. If you expect it to help you lose weight or help you build lean muscle you will likely be disappointed. It is meant to be taken in conjunction with other muscle builders and fat burners because its ingredients are designed to dissolve swiftly and travel directly to your muscles. So if you take Decavol RD for the purpose of stacking it with other supplements then it might work well for you, but if you take it alone it probably won’t do much.

These ingredients are not thermogenic fat burners, nor are they muscle builders. Translation: Decavol RD is specficially designed to help other supplements work faster. It is not, by itself, supposed to help you lose weight or build muscle.

But, you can get modest weight loss from plenty of thermogenic fat burners that are far cheaper. Decavol RD is not worth the price. If you are big into muscle building and you’re looking for a product that will get proteins and creatine to your muscles quickly then it is probably worth trying.
