Does Bodylogix Cleanse Work?
According to its website,“This revolutionary 7-day cleansing formula, detoxifies, replenishes and revitalizes your entire body using natural nutrients.” There are quite a few detox supplements out there. Most of them use lots of diuretics along with some fiber and vitamins. Some of them are more effective than others when it comes to removing toxins and clearing your body of waste. Bodylogix Cleanse has some pretty good ingredients and it is better than your average detox program.
However, you should not expect significant weight loss with this formula (or any detox formula for that matter). Most weight loss that comes with Bodylogix Cleanse will be water weight…a very short term fix to the problem.
Bodylogix Cleanse Ingredients:
The main ingredients in Bodylogix Cleanse include: Vitamin C, all the Viatmin B’s, Fibersol, Chicory root, Elderberry, Senna, Burdock, Dandelion, Beet, Prune juice, Goji juice, Apple juice, Pomegranate juice, tomato, acai, cranberry, blueberry, grape seed extract, carrot, broccoli, spinach, kale, Kombu, Wakame, Spirulina, Nori Seaweed, and Chlorophyll.
Their website explains that, “The 7-day cleansing system helps remove toxins, purifies, rejuvenates and energizes with easy and fast results. Liquid Detox Purifier featuring a herb, fruit and vegetable blend containing clinically tested fibre and super-antioxidants to jump start your cleansing program. Daily Detox Pack featuring BioPerine® to enhance bioavailability and Lactospore® probiotic to support digestive health.”
So Bodylogix Cleanse has a proven form of fiber, which is great for the entire digestive process. It has Lactospore, a probiotic which is also helpful with digestion and bowel movements. And it has tons of antioxidants and vitamins to restore any lost nutrients during the flushing out phase.
Bodylogix Cleanse Side Effects:
The risk information given by Bodylogix Cleanse: “Not intended for use by persons under 18. Do not take for more than 7 days without consulting your physician. Overuse or extended use may cause dependence for bowel function. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not take within 2 hours of another medication as it may affect how well the medication works. This product contains senna. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.”
Bodylogix Cleanse Cost:
The website for Bodylogix Cleanse doesn’t list a price and neither does the website of the store it’s sold in (Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada). You can get it on eBay, but the price will obviously vary significantly. It is better than average so expect to pay about what you would for any 7-day detox program.
Is Bodylogix Cleanse Worth Trying?
Sure. If you are a big believer in the whole detox/cleansing process then it is worth your time. If, however, you’re looking to lose weight then you should use a supplement designed for that purpose. You may experience some weight loss as a side benefit with Bodylogix Cleanse, but it will be mostly water weight. I’m personally not a big believer in the “flushing” process because some toxins and waste products can’t be flushed out with fiber, vitamins, antioxidants, etc. They often require specific drugs or chemicals (not sold over the counter) to get rid of them. But, that’s just me…maybe you’ll love it.
