Appedex Side Effects:
On the websites for most thermogenic fat burners there is an FAQ section. One of the most common questions asked is: “What are the side effects?” Sometimes it’s “Is Product X safe?”
In our culture we want everything fast, inexpensive, effective, and safe. Sometimes we are willing to sacrifice one or more of these as long as the others are satisfied.
For instance, Burger King is fast and inexpensive, but it’s not high quality and if you ate their food everyday it probably wouldn’t be safe (remember the guy from Super Size Me?)
It is no different with diet pills. We all want them to help us shed 20 pounds in 2 weeks, cost under $30 per month’s supply, work to keep weight off in the long-term, and have zero side effects. Are those expectations reasonable?
No. But there are a few products that come pretty close to such standards.
One of them is Appedex.
Rather than discussing how it works and how much it costs, we will focus in on whether or not it is safe.
For starters, Appedex is not full of stimulants. The fat burners that tend to cause side effects are often full of several stimulants like caffeine, ephedra, synephrine, etc. That does not necessarily mean that these ingredients will cause you harm (ephedra is the exception in that it has proven to significantly increase the risk of heart attack and stroke. Most products have abandoned the use of ephedra in favor of ephedra-like substances which still boost metabolism but are far safer.)
But, these kinds of stimulants can cause headaches, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, increased heart rate, and nervousness/anxiety. Appedex does not contain any of those stimulants. The only stimulant in Appedex is 1,3 dimethylamine. This compound is similar to caffeine in both structure and function, but it is actually safer in terms of side effects (and it’s not like you would call caffeine unsafe either).
The other ingredients in Appedex are not stimulants.
For example, Chromax, Leangard, and Brown Seaweed or fucoxanthin, three major ingredients in Appedex, are not associated with any known side effects. And yet, they are clinically proven to promote weight loss.
Punicic acid (Pomegranate) and Caralluma Fimbriata are likewise clinically proven and devoid of any known side effects. Punicic acid is high in CLA’s (conjugated linoleic acids) which are very good for your health because they can lower cholesterol and utilize fat as energy.
Irvingia Gabonensis (African Mango) is fairly new to the diet world. It can increase metabolism and help control cravings. It is associated with a few mild side effects including flatulence, headaches, and sleep problems.
To summarize, most of the ingredients in Appedex are completely safe. There are only two (dimethylamine and African mango) that have known side effects. But, even these side effects aren’t very serious. You could experience similar side effects if you had a couple Cokes.
Appedex is one of the safest, most effective thermogenic fat burners available.
