All this information just wants you to stay clear of this fat burner pill. Besides being pricey, there is no guarantee of any kind and you can only reach them by email. All negatives to any product that you buy online. So the answer is simple, stay away! Looks like a scam to me. There are other great fat burner pills on the market that will give you quality ingredients and good results.
